Why didn't anyone think of this sooner ? This pan is so versatile, I use it for pasta, sauces, vegetables like asparagus...it's great...takes up less room on the stove top and clean up is a breeze !

I was trying to make Rachael's receipes in my old pans. Was not working. This pan is everything it looks like on her show. Heats evenly on one burner; cleans up easily. Just a great pan. Wish I could afford a whole set!

This is a good but I have an electric stove and the pan does not get hot all the way across. It might work better for gas.
