It is really handy. Nothing sticks, it cleans well, very even heat. Throw everything in it, put it in the oven and voila, dinner. Great time saving.

Enjoyed using the pan. My roast cooked evenly and come out very tender. The cover will be a problem eventually though, because some of the liquid steamed under the rim and can not be cleaned fully. I would purchase some more of this line of pans.

I absolutely love this pan! I sent my previous dutch oven to my sister's house with chili in it...she's still got it! I used that for an excuse to get a new pan. I searched and waited and searched. This pan was the best in price, quality and is just what I wanted. Love it!
