If you are looking for a large, cast iron frying pan, this is it. Although heavy, like all cast iron, it is wonderful. I especially bought it for it's large size. I was able to fry large amounts in the one pan.

This skillet is great for carmelizing. It is heavy, but manageable in the kitchen. I highly recommend cleaning it as soon as you are finished cooking.
