Rach Says:
"This colorful cookware is great for serving at the table. It's good-looking and the cast iron will keep your food warmer longer."
Product Description:
The deep sides of this grill pan reduce stovetop splatter when searing steaks or grilling burgers. The cooking surface has raised ridges to give foods the characteristic marks of grilled foods. This grill pan allows fats to drip away from your food for healthier cooking. The colorful enamel surface means no pre-seasoning is required. Ideal for a multitude of uses from oven to table.

Much better than Mario Batali'sDecember 22, 2006

I first ordered Mario Batali's cast iron panini grill, and sent it back; the cooking surface was as rough as sandpaper, it just seemed like a nightmare to clean. Then I ordered this Rachael Ray pan, but the first one was chipped on the handle; they sent out another one, and finally, perfect! It's a very nice pan, takes a bit longer to warm up and cool down but the burgers come out as good as flame broiled, and clean up is easy. A great pan, and even nicer than the equivalent Le Creuset, I think.

I love this grill pan, but it was a LITTLE TOO EXPENSIVE. The free shipping really helps level the price, however.

Used my grill pan last nite for 1st time. Very much satisfied with performance & quality & it cleaned up great. Sure is heavy, which I guess is a good thing.
