The Füri Rachael Ray TECH EDGE Pro Knife Sharpening System (handle with black guard and 3 sharpener components) combines three stages of professional knife sharpening into one simple and compact unit. Each sharpening component is easily mounted in a common slot in the 'Easy Store' handle, to allow quick changes between the sharpening stages. TECH EDGE works on most regular non-serrated brand of knife, and most days only the final fine honing stage is required to maintain perfectly sharp professional edges.

For years I have owned Cutco knives and I have not been able to properly enjoy them because of problems getting them properly sharpened. I tried electric knife sharpeners, hand held sharpeners, etc. and they only managed to keep the knives sharp for a few uses. I wanted to send my Cutco knives to get professionally sharpened but I could never find the right time to mail my knives to get sharpened. I purchased this Furi sharpener in hopes that it would help my situation. After using the sharpener for the first time I was amazed at how great my Cutco knives worked! The three different stages that this Furi sharpener provides is perfect for getting even the dullest knives cutting like new! It is such a pleasure to use my knives now that they can properly cut through food with ease!

Although the System I received was not exactly like the one Rachael Raye uses and one shown in brochure that has the Carbide blades. I actually like this version where you have the different versions of the spring fingers. Its easier to use. And it does sharpen knives greatly. while I cook some my mother cooks everyday and this is a boon for her I can keep all her knives sharp with ease
