After I brought the bench scrape, I found one at walmart that I liked just a little bit better. The handle also acts as a 1 cup measure and it had the imprint of a 6.5 in ruler on the front of the blade, all for $6.97.

Great way to shovel the food!April 21, 2009

I love this thing. I bought a different kind of bench scrapper, but it didn't have the cool sides on it to keep the food from sliding out both ends. This is great. Very effective and easy to hold and manipulate. You can really scoop up a lot of ingredients at one time! Thanks Rach!

I have bought other scrapers in the past and they were uncomfortable to hold and didn't scrape things up easily. I made homemade pot pie last week and this worked perferctly to scrape and lift the dough off the counter because I roll my dough very thin and other scrapers would smash the dough or tear it.
