It works wonderfully, saves a lot of sifting time. But I did see it on a nother site for $3.00 less.

Every time a recipe called for shifting flour, powder sugar, etc. I wanted to throw it away. With my arthritic hands it was so hard to sift. BUT along came the battery operated shifter and I LOVE it. Not only saves the pain in my hands, it is quick. I even gave one for a gift and it was late for a Birthday. But the person said it was worth waiting for. Also bought one for a Christmas present. I will definitely use these as gifts in the future.
