Reminds me of diving in the Caribbean...December 3, 2008

The beautiful blue of this casserole dish reminds me of diving in the Caribbean. First, it was the color that sold me on it. But now I've also come to love the extra deep dish that holds enough to feed a large group, and the lid which keeps the food moist, cooks it faster, and contains the spatters so they don't end up in your oven.

Beautiful color!!!!!!!!! I was very dissapointed in the bakeware because the bottoms are not finished .They are plain stoneware and rough. I am afraid of them scratching my glass cooktop. They cook great food releases easily.

it's a great little thing, a bit on the heavy side and i wish the handles were also red (not light colored, like inside)... other than that - it's a fabulous addition to my kitchen.
