4 Great ice-cream maker, easy to use
July 24, 2014
By Edward, CA
This attachment for the Kitchen-Aid MixMaster does everything you want an ice-cream maker to do. It has a very easy learning curve, makes a sizable batch of finished ice-cream with a minimum of fuss; in the freezer, a quart sized yogurt container (with creamy, freshly made ice-cream!) fits neatly inside it's cavity, so the contraption does not take up much freezer space while chilling for the next batch. GREAT VALUE, EASY TO USE, TOTALLY FUNCTIONAL.

4 Ice Cream Maker Attachment
July 10, 2014
By Janet, ME
I made my first batch of ice cream and it was quite successful. The instructions were very clear, the unit worked well and was easy to clean. It isn't a spur of the moment activity though. It takes planning and time. I'm storing my bowl in the freezer so it's always ready to go and that will cut a day off the process. The rest isn't too time consuming. If you make your ice cream mix in the evening and chill it overnight it will be ready to process the next day and just plan to do it early enough so the finished soft serve can sit in the freezer a couple of hours if you want it to harden. I'm very happy I purchased this.
