5 Our Favorite Bread Pan
January 27, 2014
By Mary, AR
This is by far our favorite bread pan and we intend to buy more. I use it almost on a daily basis baking loaves of bread (a good hearty loaf), rolls (about 6 per pan), and monkey bread. This pan cooks evenly and the "lip" on each side prevents us from having to put the thumb of our oven mitt into the pan itself to put this pan into the oven or remove it which is a feature that we greatly enjoy. Cleaning this pan is a breeze, requiring only a swipe from our dish sponge or cloth usually. If soaking is required, about 2 minutes does the trick most often. My husband and I both love this pan!

5 Did the trick

My breads were not baking well, and I suspected that the pans were too dark. These were much lighter, and the breads were an improvement.
