I am loving this pan! It is so perfect for making big sauces and soups. I've had a 5 quart stockpot for years and it just never seems quite big enough. One thing though, the lid in the picture on your website is NOT the same lid that came with the pan. The picture shows the lip on the pan and the lid with 3 steam vent holes. The lid I received did not have these holes. It is actually something I miss because the lid over the lip does not provide enough of a steam vent when simmering and lightly reducing liquid so the lid has to be offset and that can scratch the pan. I absolutely love this pot. It's perfect for cooking pasta, making a large batch of sauce or soup, or braising meat, etc. When I made spaghetti sauce, I like to cook a large quantity and have been searching for the right pot for years. I've only had it a short time and have used it more than any other pot in my kitchen. I love it's size and nonstick surface. No recipe is too big or too small for this pot.
