Exclusive Green Bubble & Brown Baker Set, (3-July 28, 2009

All were well-packed and received safe and sound. It felt like Christmas in July opening the cartons. I do love them and the color is perfect - wish you had more in this great green color - but I do have a couple of negatives. Since I usually cook for only a couple of people on a regular basis (exceptions: dinner parties, holidays, etc.), I doubt I will use the largest one very much. While I thought the two smaller ones were a good value for the price, I think the price for the largest one is exorbitant and had I found them in a local store instead of ordering online, I would have realized it was too big to be very useful for my needs. I kept it but I think it will be gathering dust for the most part and in these hard-economy times, I made a huge faux pas.

Meanwhile I visited a Burlington Coat Factory and found this baker set for less than I paid on line plus another $16.95 less because I wouldn't have to pay shipping. These are beautiful baking dishes. They came very well packed to prevent breakage. The handles make it very easy to get them in and out of the oven. Oven to tabletop they make a great presentation. They are a very close match to my Cobalt blue Fiesta dishes. I would buy again.

I love these, I've had them for about a week and I've used them for both cooking and serving food. The handles on the side make it very easy to carry, they are also very durable.

So far I have cooked everyday with my Baker Set. There is nothing I can't cook in them so far. Nifty little side dishes and delicious main dishes. They are such an excellent size and so easy to handle.

The brown baker set makes an attractive appearance on the table. However, it is awkward to cover. Also it cannot be stacked in the refrigerator. The cost seems a little high.

These were not delivered as a 3 pc set , they came as a 2 pc set along with this large 1 pc . I like the 2 pc but the large one they sent was way too large for the two of us and takes up a lot of storage room, especially since I had also bought the lasagna set. If you have a large family that you cook for often then that would be a good one also. But for the two of us one would have been fine and I really like the lasagna one better for us. So I would choose the 2 pc set instead.
