this is a nice pot that fits over 2 burnners
you dont need to break the spegetti to fit

I love, love, love this pan ! I doubled a recipe for a potluck and used this pan and had room to spare. The clean up is great too.

I love my new Rachel Ray stockpot. It's shape enables me to use more pots on my stovetop. It accomodates long items, such as spaghetti and it's deep enough to the water doesn't splash out when it's boiling. Also, you can see what's happening in the pot with the clear lid. The cleanup is a breeze. I just love it.

It is great for everything! Worked really well when I needed to boil 2 1/2 dozen eggs for dying!!! The only thing that is negative about it is if you need a tight seal it has a little spout that releases the steam. Great pot !! I did not get the spoons free because it was not offered together at the time I ordered. I bought the spoons seperately and they actually do not work on this pot unless they changed them.

I love this pot. The reason I wanted it was because I have a double burner on my ceramic electric cooktop and figured that it would fit on both burners -- and it turns out I was right. The water boils so quickly -- I love it. It is also big enough to easily boil two pounds of pasta (possibly more)!!

The only thing I found is that I cooked homemade spaghetti sauce for 3 hours. The pour spout let the spaghetti sauce splatter all over my stovetop.

Being at altitude, we found that this pot boiled water faster than the old spaghetti pots we used. We loved putting all the spaghetti in the pot to boil.

I love the Rachel Oval Stock Pot; it's great for spagetti because of it's size and shape; but also wonderful for making larger portions of vegetarian chili, stews, all kinds of one pot meals. LOVE IT! Easy to clean too!

For the price, this is a good pot. It would cost 2-4 times as much to get an oval stockpot from one of the top brand like LeCreuset. My primary disappointment is that it comes with instructions to hand wash. Somehow I understood it was ok for the dishwasher, and I avoid hand-wash cookware whenever I can.
So if you don't mind hand-washing, this is a good deal.
