5 Wonderful French bread pan!
July 28, 2014
By Anita, KS
This is a really great French bread pan. It makes nice round loaves, doesn't stick at all & just works very well over all.

Bought this to make big fat baguettes (French bread). Tried it with a Ciabatta recipe and it worked awesome. Non-stick, great performance.

I used this pan to make 2 loaves of sourdough bread. It made the best, most uniform looking loaves. Definitley a good buy!!!

Performs as I expected. I'd like the pan to also be offered in a longer length so you can bake loave closer to true French baguettes. Admittetly, the real loaves do not fit a standard Amerian home oven, but I'd have bought a 20" size instead of 16" were one available.

Second one of the perforated bread pans we have purchased. First one was the smaller size. This one will let us opt for a larger size loaf. Great results. Don't have to worry about the shape of the loaves.

5 Great Pan
November 30, 2011
By Geraldine, AL
I love this pan! I make homemade bread and the other pans just didn't give me the beautiful crust this one does. I don't really wash it I just wipe it out and use it again. Have never had a problem with it sticking. This is my second one I like to make 4 loaves at a time.
GREAT PRODUCT !!!!!

4 Great But Flimsy

Pan works great, bread does not stick at all, should be made with a little heavier gauge metal, bends very easy. Browns bread all the way around with a nice crust.

5 French Bread Pan
July 6, 2011
By Martha, FL
This is the best bread pan I have. It browns the loaf on all sides. My first loaf I tried in this pan was dark German rye. The texture was like a bakery shop. This pan was worth the money.

I've used the pan several times now and it browns the bread and released it very well. The shape of the bread, however, comes out wider on top and narrower at the bottem which I'm not wild about, but the taste of the bread produced is exceptional.

4 I am happy with this

I bought this with the purpose of baking bigger loaves of bread than I could with the 3 tray baguette pan.
It does bake larger loaves that come out very nice and delicious.
The only problem I have is if you put dough that is too soft into the tray, it will tend to ooze through the holes,
So I would recommend one of two things. You can either lay parchment down in the pan prior to putting the dough in it.
Or you can wait til you're just about ready to put the loaves in the oven and then put them in the pan and then just transfer it into the oven. I tend to do the second method more often because I find parchment paper makes too much a mess in my oven.
